Flatbush multi-specialty medical and dental
Smyleee Rating
Very Good
Century Medical & Dental Center's Flatbush location operates on Flatbush Avenue as a multi-specialty health center combining medical and dental services in one building. The format is different from a standalone dental office — primary care, dental, and various medical specialties run from the same campus, which gives patients a one-stop integration that matters when medical and dental care need to be coordinated rather than fragmented across separate practices.
Dental services cover the routine general-dentistry range. The team handles cleanings and exams, tooth-colored composite fillings across all surfaces, replacement fillings, root canals, crowns and bridges, basic extractions, gum-disease screening, and emergency dental care. The integrated medical setup is most useful for patients with conditions that affect dental treatment planning — diabetes, anticoagulant therapy, immunosuppression, cardiac history — where the dental team can pull medical records from the same chart without separate clearance letters or fax-back-and-forth between offices.
If your medical history adds friction to dental visits at a private practice — extra clearance letters, medication review, separate specialist sign-offs — a multi-specialty center handles that coordination internally.
Patients searching for affordable family dental care in Brooklyn, family dentist in Brooklyn, or general dentistry in Brooklyn, NY who already get medical care within Century's network or who have meaningful medical complexity often choose practices with integrated medical and dental services for the coordination ease. The Flatbush location fits that integrated model. New-patient appointments typically run longer than at a standalone practice because the intake covers medical history in more depth, but the upside is the chart integration on the back end. For Flatbush, East Flatbush, and Prospect-Lefferts Gardens patients with combined medical-dental needs, this Flatbush Avenue medical-dental center is a sensible option for routine and integrated care. Brooklyn dental capacity tightens and loosens by season — if the practice isn't accepting new patients on first call, asking about a waitlist position is worth the two minutes before moving on to other options.
Century Medical & Dental Center's Flatbush location combines medical and dental services — general dentistry including cleanings, fillings, crowns, and care coordinated with on-site medical providers.

My visit with Century Clinic was an amazing experience. The provider, Diana, is a real professional, who knows everything about her profession. She helped Me understand various things l, which I was not aware of, of which previous doctors couldn’t give me a definite answer after I have been under their care for many years. She has a can do attitude, which I really appreciate. Keep up the good work, Diana!
My initial experience with an employee from this location was with an Eastern European blonde haired Ukrainian woman on 01/02/2026. She was very unwelcoming and treated me with noticeable micro aggressions. I could not hear her tell me to step onto the scale 3x supposedly. My question is why would you be telling me something while your back is turned and speaking so softly? She also has an accent that is not American. Something about her felt discriminatory and she did not care to know my name when I tried correcting her. She completely ignored. I also work within healthcare and can confidently say I do not treat my patients with such careless attitude. This location needs to start hiring people who care about the demographic of people who live in the area or create better morale for their environment to uplift their employees. I only continue to keep coming because of Grace Masaba. I’m taking in great consideration of joining a new facility for the New Year. This is my 2nd bad review for this location. The first one I deleted to spare the facility on behalf of a manager reaching out asking me to reconsider and remove the post. I was very kind to do so because I am an understanding person. This time I will not.
Extremely unprofessional experience. I was on the exam table in a vulnerable and exposed position, yet the assistant kept walking in and out of the room, leaving me visible to anyone passing by. There was no consideration for my privacy whatsoever. This is completely inappropriate for a medical facility. Patients should feel safe and able to trust the people caring for them, but that was not the case here. Alexandra Moskaluk appeared unprepared and unsure of the procedure. She repeatedly left the room before completing the IUD insertion, as if she needed to check how to perform it. She even had to remind herself of the most important steps. The assistant also seemed untrained—asking me how to spell things and forgetting key parts of the process that needed to happen before the insertion. The cleanliness of the facility was equally concerning. The office was extremely dirty and poorly maintained—nowhere near the standard expected of a medical practice. The environment looked neglected and unhygienic, which is unacceptable in a place that provides medical care. Overall, this experience was uncomfortable, unsafe, and highly unprofessional.
My first time visiting and everyone seems polite. The most impressive thing was when escorted to a medical room, inside the Doctor was typing but then she got up immediately to offer her seat to me when I wasn't even the patient, and comforted me as she stood attending to my family member, the patient; how remarkably awesome is that 🫠💛🤍 Salute 💪
I was able to get an immediate appointment. It was at the end of the day, staff was very pleasant and accommodating. APRN Alexandra was very informative provided multiple solutions and gave me a hand out with extra information that i can refer to. It was my second time going, my first experience was the same as this one and I would continue to go. Signed a satisfied patient.
