Honestly this dentist is so kind and professional his job is to satisfy the patient first the money is the last thing for him, great job not like some other dentist who are doing commercial job

I went to dr Saleh to fix my teeth, but less then 3 years one of them fell out because he didn’t put the post, when I came back to his office he said that post was unnecessary but still he put it and charged me for it, in the next year crown on my other tooth fell out, he put it back and charged me for it, and now less than a two years same crown fell out again, I call and schedule appointment at 11:30 and then I start receiving multiple messages from they “ highly upgraded system “ appointments reminders for different time slots , when i told them that disorganized, they replied me that I’m using “unpleasant language “. Low quality, zero respect to they customer

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Sal for many years now, and I can honestly say there is no other dental office I would trust with my care - or my family’s. Do not trust this place. I made an appointment for a family member in excruciating pain yesterday that was supposed to happen tomorrow. Made the appointment through the AI receptionist under the emergency option. I received the confirmation text message, as did the family member (a returning patient). I just received a call that not only are they canceling his appointment because they didn’t actually have that availability since the doctor is only in for surgery this week and they have nothing available for 3 MONTHS, but the doctor is not making appointments for anything except cleanings (patients are being referred elsewhere for extractions, root canals, etc.). They don’t care at all about their patients being in pain, or committing to confirmed appointments (how unprofessional to try to blame the AI receptionist that they choose to use), so don’t waste your time with this place. Will make sure the patient’s insurance is notified so they don’t refer anyone here anymore.

I have been to three Dentists my whole life. This dental office is amazing! The Dr is so relaxed and patient. The office is spotless!!! And he has all the newest equipment. I’m telling you now this is the BEST DENTIST ever! I referred my roommate and he had a tooth pulled and he said he didn’t even feel it! Thank you Dr. Saleh!!
