Dr Batchelor has been my dentist since I moved to Madison 15 years ago. He always provides friendly dental care and lets me know what ever he will be doing. Truly wonderful experience with this dental office. Dr. Batchelor is friendly, kind, and has incredible bedside manner. He was extremely helpful when I was experiencing tooth pain that was difficult to determine the cause. He talked me through all the possibilities and advocated for me with the endodontist. He went above and beyond. All of the staff at this office are fantastic as well. They always know who I am, are friendly and welcoming, and go out of their way to accommodate me when I forget to bring my debit card to the office (they call when I get home so I can pay over the phone and avoid the credit card fee). I cannot recommend this dentist enough!
I’ve been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. Today I had to have my first ever filling done and was so nervous. Dr. Batchelor was so kind and patient, taking the time to explain everything and making the whole experience completely painless.
