I’ve been coming to this dental clinic for 1.5 years now, and I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Michael for completely transforming my teeth. Together, we went through the entire treatment process, including getting aligners, and the results exceeded all my expectations. He is a true professional with a very gentle touch — every visit is comfortable and completely painless. I have been afraid of dentists my whole life, but I fully trust Dr. Michael and am so happy that I chose to start my treatment with him. I also want to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Elvira for her gentle and careful cleanings. She is always attentive and makes the entire process absolutely painless. Family Smile Dental is the most caring dental office ever! The front desk girls are super friendly and always go above and beyond to help. Elvera, my dental hygienist, is a total magician — she’s the only one who can do cleanings (even deep ones) without leaving you traumatized. I completely trust her with my teeth, and her advice is always on point. She really knows her stuff. Dr. Gelfand did an amazing job with my implant — he’s down to earth, explains everything clearly, and actually takes the time to answer your questions. The dental assistants are awesome too. Seriously, if you haven’t booked your appointment here yet, you’re missing out! 😁

A very good dental office. I've been going to this branch for several years. The staff is professional. You never have to wait more than 5 minutes for your turn. I'd like to mantion Dr. Elvira. She's cleaned my teeth several times . She is in no hurry and does her job thoroughly 100% .

I’m very disappointed with this clinic. I have Fidelis insurance. They keep sending endless text messages inviting me to schedule a dental cleaning, but after the cleaning they refuse to provide further treatment (except for crowns and other expensive procedures) because doing a simple filling is not profitable and refer patients to another clinic instead. However, the clinic they refer you to has no idea about this referral. They said they don’t work with Family Smile Dental at all and refused to schedule me because the X-rays were already done and all my information is with Family Smile Dental. They also mentioned that I’m not the first patient with this exact issue and that they do not collaborate with them. Terrible attitude toward patients. I do not recommend this clinic.

I’ve been coming here since they opened. The office remains clean, welcoming, and positive for both staff and patients. I’m happy to continue recommending this wonderful dentistry to others. It’s a place where they truly care, especially for those who might be afraid of going to the dentist.
