I want to express my deepest gratitude to Tatyana, who performed my cleaning. She is a very meticulous, attentive, and professional specialist. Everything went as smoothly as possible, and I am truly grateful to her for the high-quality work. However, after the appointment, I was left with a negative impression from the receptionist, who introduced herself as Nastya (a girl with long, curly red hair). She spoke loudly and rather aggressively to me. I believe that, regardless of the situation, communication should remain respectful and friendly. I sincerely hope that management will address this issue and speak with the employee. Unfortunately, this attitude partially ruined the impression of the doctor's excellent work. I wish the clinic continued success, and thank Tatyana for her professionalism!

I had a very disappointing experience with the dental care I received. The office staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, but unfortunately the actual dental procedure was the complete opposite. I went in to have an old filling replaced on 6-2-2026 due to a cavity. The procedure felt extremely rushed and was quite painful. Afterward, I continued to have severe pain, so I sought a second opinion from my previous dentist. They found that decay had been left behind and that the filling had not been placed properly. I was told the work was not done to an acceptable standard and that the tooth now requires a root canal. My insurance was billed, I paid my copay, and I am now facing additional treatment that may have been avoidable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

I went here about 4 years ago and never went back. The attitude from the dentist (a lady) and the receptionist was deplorable. They will do a poor job and make you pay for it. That's the scam. Please don’t hesitate to report them to the nys office of discipline. There is power in numbers. We deserve the best dental care. Let's start demanding better. If a business isn't ethical or fail to provide adequate service, they shouldn't profit from our need of dental care. Have a attitude at home. Not with patients.

I had an amazing experience with this dental office. I recently had two crowns done along with a deep cleaning, and the results exceeded my expectations. The dr Brian was extremely professional, detail-oriented, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, and the quality of work is truly excellent. My teeth look and feel perfect. Highly recommend!

I had a crown done at this clinic about two years ago. After just one year, it came loose, and I started experiencing pain in my gum around that tooth. I went back to the clinic, and they told me everything looked fine. They simply re-cemented the crown and sent me home. However, the pain never went away. Recently, I visited another dental office for a second opinion, and they informed me that the crown needs to be replaced and that there is an infection underneath. I’m very disappointed with the quality of care I received. My concerns were not taken seriously, and the problem was not properly diagnosed or treated. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Together, we went through the entire treatment process, including getting aligners, and the results exceeded all my expectations. He is a true professional with a very gentle touch — every visit is comfortable and completely painless. I have been afraid of dentists my whole life, but I fully trust Dr. Michael and am so happy that I chose to start my treatment with him. I also want to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Elvira for her gentle and careful cleanings. She is always attentive and makes the entire process absolutely painless.
