From smiles and kindness, to a warm neck wrap and blanket, and doing everything possible to explain procedures and provide comfort. They are are my go-to dentistry. And favorite dentist ever, Dr. John, always greets me with a warm heart and makes my smile shine. 💫🦷🪥💫

Incredible experience! Madison No Fear Dentistry defines elite customer service! While traveling on vacation, my temporary crown fell out. I chose them because of their incredible online reputation (over 1,200 reviews and 4.9 stars), and they absolutely lived up to the hype. I called first thing in the morning, and they squeezed me into their schedule immediately. Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond for my comfort and care. The staff even took the time to share their favorite local vacation spots. Receiving a handwritten, personalized thank-you card from Dr. Theran and Sabrina after I got home was the perfect finishing touch. They truly care about their patients!

I felt the office was welcoming and the staff very pleasant and accommodating. I never felt any pressure to have optional work done. Everything was clearly explained and I had ample opportunities to ask questions. Lisa did a wonderful job on my teeth cleaning and xrays.

I generally do not write such long reviews but I feel this review is warranted given the professionalism and care I received at No Fear Dentistry Madison recently. As a new patient in significant pain, I was incredibly grateful that the team was able to get me in quickly. My first visit was with Dr. Andre, who performed a very thorough comprehensive exam and took the time to explain everything in detail. When my pain worsened over the weekend, the office promptly accommodated me for an urgent appointment with Dr. John. Dr. John took the time to understand my history, answer my questions, and clearly explain my treatment options. The finance team reviewed and explained all costs per treatment option prior to performing the procedures, and I paid exactly what I was quoted: no hidden fees or surprise charges. During my visit, I had a crown procedure and two fillings completed on the same day. Throughout the process, the team focused on keeping me comfortable. They asked what I wanted to watch on TV, provided headphones, and kept me informed every step of the way. When my jaw became tired, they immediately stopped and gave me time to rest before continuing. Dr. John also made sure my temporary crown, fillings, and bite were properly adjusted before I left. I especially also appreciated how much they emphasized patient education. They took photos, explained their findings thoroughly, and answered all of my questions. As someone who likes to understand what is happening and why, this meant a lot to me. The following day, Dr. John personally reached out to check on me and made sure I was doing well. That level of care is rare. The office was always on time, I never felt rushed, and every member of the team treated me with kindness and professionalism. What impressed me further was knowing that if I had concerns or an emergency, the team was available and responsive even after normal office hours, which provided tremendous peace of mind. The administrative team was equally outstanding. They were willing to work with me and my insurance company, answer questions, and help me navigate the process rather than dismissing my concerns. As a new patient, that level of support meant a great deal to me and made me feel truly valued. Although No Fear Dentistry is out of network for my insurance, I will absolutely be returning for future dental work. Their pricing is fair and transparent, but more importantly, you are in excellent hands. Thank you, Dr. John, Dr. Andre, and the entire No Fear Dentistry team for turning a painful experience into such a positive one. You have earned a patient for life.

Everyone was fantastic! As someone who isn’t the best when it comes to the dentist I felt very relaxed here. Shikyla was my hygienist and went above and beyond to make sure to accommodate my cleaning to avoid any discomfort from the sensitivity that I had been dealing with. And then Dr. Jon was super sweet and personable. When checking out Sadie was super helpful and bubbly! I scheduled my next 6 month cleaning right away, looking forward to coming back! :)

I give no fear 5 stars! They were so great! I came in needing a wisdom tooth removed and they worked with me got me in quick and even called me the night after my procedure to see how I was doing! I’ve never experienced a dental office be so nice and so caring. They really do care and they want the best treatment for you! They listened to my fears and made me as comfortable as possible. They even gave my little baby a cute no fear dentistry shirt and a shirt for me with a few goodies after being seen there. They worked with me on payments and overall I can’t say enough how well my experience went! Thank you to all the staff who cared and worked with me and made my extraction easy and not scary at all!

I cannot say enough kind words about this office! I had my first dental appointment since childhood today and was absolutely terrified, but they quickly relieved my anxiety with how kind they all were! Dr John and his assistant Tara were the absolute BEST! I left the appointment with smiling instead of tears! 10/10 experience! If you are afraid of the dentist, this office for you.

My DH Lisa was so sweet and patient with me and my anxieties about going to the dentist. I was even able to get a filling the same day as my intake, though they said sometimes intake takes a lot longer so I can't say they will be able to do the same for everyone, I just got lucky! But the fact they were able to do that was awesome. If you are anxious about going to the dentist, have sensory issues, or it's been a long time since you've seen one and are afraid of judgment like I was, I couldn't recommend No Fear Dentistry more for you. They have so many amenities (blankets, weighted and heated neck pillows, high quality noise canceling headphones, tvs above all the exam chairs that can play netflix) to ease anxiety and reduce stress.
