Great experience. I believe Darlene was the name of the person who cleaned my teeth. Very pleasant, methodical and expedient. Today I had a filling which was quick and painless. Something I didn’t know was possible!

Cannot speak highly enough of the head dental hygienist Darlene. She is so kind and professional.

Very friendly front desk staff, and experience dentist and hygienist.

Absolutely love this practice. Met the new dentist today. Darlene, the hygienist is wonderful, diligent & kind. She takes the time to explain procedures so I can understand. Equipment is state-of-the-art. I travel from Port Washington, L. I. to North Brooklyn Dental Care -- always driving in tons of traffic, but the experience at NBDC is always worth the trip -- everyone in the practice is friendly & accommodating.

I do not recommend this dental office. I’ve had the same issue multiple times where I arrive on time or even early and still watch patients who arrived after me get called back first. On my most recent visit, I arrived 10 minutes before another patient, yet she was seen before me. When I asked about the delay, I was simply told it would be another 10-minute wait, even though I had been there first. After this happening repeatedly, it’s hard not to question whether patients are being treated fairly. The experience has made me feel overlooked and uncomfortable. On top of that, I’ve also noticed charges on my bill that were never clearly explained to me. Every visit seems to come with unexpected fees, and I’ve never received a satisfactory explanation for where those charges are coming from. Overall, my experience has been disappointing. Between the long waits despite arriving early, the lack of transparency with billing, and the way I’ve been treated, I cannot recommend this office.

I've been to North Brooklyn Dental twice now and had great experiences both times. Dr. Carpenter is wonderful – she's friendly, patient, and professional, explaining her exam assessment and making recommendations for a follow-up appointment that never felt rushed or sales-y. The office was busy when I arrived, so Dr. Carpenter even jumped in to do my cleaning while the other hygienists were occupied! Would definitely recommend visiting them if you're in the area and looking for a new dentist.

North Brooklyn! Is a real dental care. My first time. I was empressed by a professional staff, compassionate, focus on your needs. Dr Carpenter, excellent, attentive listening, true professional, painless procedure, highly recommended. Urszula one of the best hygienist. North Brooklyn Dental Care makes going to the dentist as enjoyable and relaxing as a dentist visit can get. The front desk is very friendly, funny, and communicative. The dental care staff prioritizes your comfort during the experience. I was lucky enough to have Rosie as my dental hygienist. She knew I was nervous and was so kind and clearly communicated each step of the process to me. She also gave me tips to relax or feel more comfortable. Dr. Carpenter was also great and brought a positive energy to our appointment. I appreciate the entire team’s professionalism, friendliness, and overall care. I’ll definitely be going back!

The gentleman that received me for check- in was very pleasant and cheerful. My hygienist was superb, gentle, and full of dental knowledge. My doctor made me feel comfortable and she was extremely professional. The only thing that I would change about my visit is the billing girl. She has poor customer service skills and feels more like someone who is only out to get your money. Not someone I would want to represent my establishment.
