I came in to Williamsburg Endodontics after being referred by my dentist and I was pleased with the exceptional care and quality. Dr. Andrew took the time to review my care plan and after care. I came in for a retreatment of a prior root canal. The process was seamless. The decor and cleanliness of the facilities also add a beautiful touch.

I've always been uncomfortable with the idea of a root canal, but Williamsburg Endodontics tackled it perfectly. Dr. Andrew Inagaki explained everything patiently and did fantastic work (which I could see in the 'after' photo). Amazingly, the treatment was totally painless. His assistant, Angela, was also extremely patient, and the two of them made a great team. My excellent experience actually began at the front desk with Cindy, who was incredibly welcoming and efficient. Thank you to the whole staff!

Had a genuinely excellent experience with these folks. Came in for a redo root canal because it was significantly more affordable than the private equity shop down the street. Everyone working there is incredibly nice and the doctor working on my tooth was very communicative during the whole procedure. On my initial visit they discovered that one of their machines were broken after i got numbed up. Obviously not ideal, but once I came in for the procedure again they apologized by giving me a bottle of wine. Truly stunned. In an era of corporate extraction, this was the first time in a long time I felt a company actually cared about my experience.

If you ever need a root canal, Dr. Inagaki is the one to see. I never imagined a root canal could be this comfortable. He was so good that I barely even noticed the anesthesia. From the beginning of the procedure to the end, including explaining everything afterward, he was incredibly professional and made me feel at ease. I hope I never need another root canal in my life, but if I do, I would absolutely go back to Dr. Inagaki. ;) English is not my first language, but he took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. I had a double root canal today. The staff was wonderful. The office is so clean. Everyone was so professional and modern. They made me feel very comfortable. Everything was fully explained upfront, including all fees. My doctor Ehsan Farrokh has the greatest bedside manner. Makes you feel fully involved with your procedure plus he is so gentle. I will fully recommend them to anyone who needs a root canal

My son had an amazing experience here. He had to come for a root canal and kids truly hate going to the dentist especially for a root canal. But Dr. Inagaki and his staff made the procedure smooth and painless. He was very calming and made sure my son was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Inagaki's bedside manner is amazing!!! He made sure to thoroughly explain the procedure to my son and I. My son even requested to see Dr. Inagaki for his return visit. I can't say enough about how great Williamsburg Endodontics took care of my son. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who needs an Endodontist. 10/10!!!

Recently had a root canal retreatment done on tooth #19, and I can honestly say it was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and truly prioritizes his patients’ comfort and outcomes. Even though root canals have a reputation for being intimidating, this experience completely changed that perception for me. Both sessions were handled with precision, patience, and compassion. I’m incredibly grateful for the quality of care I received and would highly recommend him to anyone needing endodontic treatment. Truly outstanding work.
