Recently had a root canal retreatment done on tooth #19, and I can honestly say it was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. It was completed over two sessions, and throughout both visits, the level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was truly exceptional. From the moment I sat in the chair, the Dr. Inagaki took the time to vividly explain everything he was about to do. He broke down the procedure step by step in a way that was clear, thorough, and easy to understand. There was never a moment of uncertainty because he made sure I felt informed and comfortable before moving forward. What stood out most was the immense attention to detail and genuine care he showed. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and truly prioritizes his patients’ comfort and outcomes. Even though root canals have a reputation for being intimidating, this experience completely changed that perception for me. Both sessions were handled with precision, patience, and compassion. I’m incredibly grateful for the quality of care I received and would highly recommend him to anyone needing endodontic treatment. Truly outstanding work. Dr. Inagaki has exceptional beside manner with a lovely warm staff to match the impeccable service they provide.
My son had an amazing experience here. He had to come for a root canal and kids truly hate going to the dentist especially for a root canal. But Dr. Inagaki and his staff made the procedure smooth and painless. He was very calming and made sure my son was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Inagaki's bedside manner is amazing!!! He made sure to thoroughly explain the procedure to my son and I. My son even requested to see Dr. Inagaki for his return visit. I can't say enough about how great Williamsburg Endodontics took care of my son. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who needs an Endodontist. 10/10!!!
Scheduling a root canal over the phone was very easy, all my questions were answered in the moment or clarified minutes later via text. On the day of the procedure, the front desk welcomed and checked me in without any hiccups. The hygienist was extremely warm and made me feel very comfortable. The dentist, Dr. Inagaki has the most phenomenal chairside manner. He made me feel very comfortable, explained all that was going to happen, and got to work. I never felt uneasy at any moment. I hope I don’t have any more procedures, but if I do, I’ll definitely call Wburg Endodontics.
This place is really incredibly nice, super quick and efficient!! The staff were very welcoming and Dr. Farrokh was so incredibly helpful and nice during my entire appointment. I felt no pain at all during root canal and even the numbing wasn’t uncomfortable. I really recommend anyone to come to this office for a root canal or any other endo treatment needed. Even after the procedure I felt amazing.
I am so deeply impressed with this office and especially Dr. Andrew Inagaki. I am very fearful of dentist offices and had to get a root canal for the first time. Dr.Andrew made me feel incredibly comfortable and had the best bedside manner I have ever seen. He walked me through the entire process and answered any questions I had to ensure I felt at peace during treatment. I cannot positively recommend him more and then entire Williamsburg Endodontics team.
