Amazing service. I was impressed by the modern facilities and the professionalism. The attentiveness of the staff was top-notch. They squeezed me in when I called for an emergency consultation and provided excellent service all around.

I had an amazing experience. The office is nice, clean, and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Jennifer was absolutely amazing she was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to answer my questions and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional care and service!

A 75$ late fee haha. That's disgraceful and needs no further explanation. As if people dont have emergencies or external factors that impact their appointments. Deplorable practice

Amazing!! Top to bottom the best dentist I’ve had. Jen, Joanne and Dr Jeanne are excellent in their fields. You’ll get a clean, efficient and reliable service with a warm welcome and seamless experience. I can’t recommend them enough!

No complaints about the overall care. But be warned, they have a 2.99% fee added onto ALL vendor types INCLUDING debit (which I’m honestly not too sure if is even allowed or not but I am filing a complaint with the New York State Division of Consumer Protection to find out!). That adds up quickly if you have expensive procedures to be done and the only way I was informed you could get around it was to pay by cash or check. Honestly save your money and find a dentist that doesn’t charge fees on debit cards. I personally plan on getting any and all dental work done back home as these fees/scammy behaviors are nonexistent where I am from. The front desk worker scoffed at me when I kept inquiring about the fee since I’ve never seen a fee on debit cards before in my life which made me laugh and definitely solidified my impression of scammy behavior. But my tooth looks and feels great so I’ll give them props for that!

The absolute kindest dental office I have ever been in. Everyone is so warm, informative, communicative. The front desk team is really incredible. The attendant who did xrays, kind and informative. I had my cleaning with Dr. Jeanie and she is the LOVELIEST dentist on planet. She was patient, gentle, understanding. I have a challenging relationship with doctors and appointments (thank you medical anxiety) - and this whole team was honestly the answer.

Been coming to Woodpoint for almost ten years. The front staff are accommodating and friendly, always helpful in scheduling and explaining insurance issues. Dr. Jeannie and her technicians are professional and patient with pain sensitivities. The office is the cleanest I’ve been to in NY and only a few blocks from the L train.
